How to find the PC muscle

PC muscle training

Slowly tighten the muscle and hold it as tight as you can for not longer than two to three seconds. If you fail in the length of time, try again. You start with 5 times a day, every day you add one more time until you can do this exercise about 20 times while holding it tight for 2 to 3 second each time you do it. It's essential that you not hold your breath while doing the PC muscle exercise. Just keep on breathing normally. It should take you about two weeks before you reach the 20 times goal. What you do next is to hang on to those 20 times, or cut it down to 15 as you like, and increase the number of sessions per day. So the third week you start with two x 20, and the next week 3 x 20. Spread it over the day, so the third week you can do it in the morning and evening while in the forth week you do it in morning, afternoon and evening. The timing is not very strict but try to keep it globally like that.

All of this takes up at least a month before you have a quite well-trained PC muscle, but why hurry?Just like fucking girls... you can race over to a random group of girls and fuck one of them in less then 10 minutes, or you can slowly walk over, take your time, set a good performance and have the chance fuck them all!


Tip for success

More exercises

So now that you have strengthened your PC muscle here's the next exercise that will help you to the top without going over the top.

The sets just got longer, and you increased the number of sets as well. Keep doing them, 3 x 20  = 60 clenches spread out over your day. Plus...we are adding something called the "Lock and hold". After the regular 20 one's you do 10 slow squeezes: squeeze in slowly for five secs. Hold for another 5 secs. and release slowly over yet another 5 secs. That's 15 seconds times 10 times 3. This is tough to do... the whole 15 seconds. It's why it might take you a day or even a week before you're able to master it.


Time for some serious action

After another two to three weeks, you are at the point where you're ready to orgasm and orgasm and orgasm...without ejaculating. How and when you decide to putting your exercises into practical use is up to you now. You could try it with a  a girl, but in order to be totally sure that you're really master of your domain you might want to try it out alone first a few times.

Remember... you do not want to see any sperm coming out... As you orgasm, you will feel the need to shoot. You need to be aware of when you are feeling like you are coming and squeeze the PC muscle exactly at the right time. Hold it and don't let go until the sensation of the seminal fluid pulsing in your penis vein dissipates. You shouldn't t concentrate on stopping the sperm shot.
